Exciting news for Uttar Pradesh as plans are in motion to build a brand-new city named ‘New Noida,’ which will be connected to the bustling area of Gautam Buddha Nagar. The government is all set to invest a whopping Rs 1000 crore for this visionary project.
Under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Uttar Pradesh is taking a giant leap towards progress. The plan involves acquiring land for the upcoming ‘New Noida,’ designed to seamlessly blend with the existing Gautam Buddha Nagar region. What’s catching everyone’s attention is the extensive master plan in place to make sure this new city grows in a planned and organized manner.
The Noida Authority is currently busy outlining the strategy for obtaining the required land. This new city is also known by another name – Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Region (DNGIR). It’s like a fresh start that promises a bright future.
The blueprint for DNGIR is almost ready, and it’s expected to be reviewed by the Uttar Pradesh government this August. The new city will be carved out of land from Gautam Buddha Nagar and Bulandshahr. A substantial area spanning 21,000 hectares is set to be transformed, mainly focusing on the Dadri-Sikandrabad region.
The vision for ‘New Noida’ is backed by an investment exceeding Rs 1000 crore, highlighting the commitment towards its development. This new city is not just about infrastructure; it’s about creating opportunities, homes, and a new identity for the people of Uttar Pradesh.”
